  As pictured/described, packed extremely well and shipped very quickly. I had asked the seller to put some padding in the box to prevent the pieces from rattling around so they wouldn’t break, but the packing was so much more than I could have asked for! Pieces sorted and packed securely by size and type, and the entire box padded to keep everything in place. That package couldn’t have rattled around if it were thrown against a wall! Rock star packing and five star service all around!

  These guys are the best. Had 1 piece out of almost 400 that was damaged. I messaged them and they sent me a replacement piece for free and they paid shipping. It was a rare piece too. I was finally able to complete my Deep Freeze Defender. 6 out of 5 stars.
