The stickers were still on the motherboard, and was wrapped very securely both within the box, but also, was put in a separate box with packing foam, ensuring safe delivery. The motherboard works great (no bent pins), and was promptly shipped. Overall, very happy with the purchase, and would purchase from again!

However, despite the delay the package showed up well protected and in the condition as described by the seller. Set up the CPU and ran fine with no issues! Great prices on used chips for the value -
