Seller had been willing to take flowers from a different doll to replace the missing ones but instead seller arranged for a small refund because I said I could replicate the bouquet. The doll arrived in perfect condition and had been packed well and quickly shipped. Her price was a good value and I am very happy with this seller and my purchase.

Which for how nice of a bag it was, I wish it was shipped in a box so that could not happen. But the seller has no way to know how terrible the mail system will treat it. Overall great experience.
