We had some customs issues, and he handled it by having the package shipped more quickly (from a different shipper). I reached out about getting different numbers on the jerseys than what he had, and he gladly made us custom jerseys with the players we wanted. An excellent value for what we received. It looks just like in the pictures. The conditions were great, and I think the quality is so good for the price. Do keep in mind that the item I ordered runs a little bit small.
