  The ebay charger picture was 20 volts. The one received was 18 volts. Much internet detective work proved that 18 & 20 volt batteries & chargers are the same. That being said, the charger gave an error light when charging. The seller accepts returns if the buyer pays shipping. I didn't think that was fair & shared my opinion with the seller. To save me the hassle of shipping it back they refunded the charger cost with no question and saved me having to ship it. These folks are 1st class!

  Probably one of the worst ebay experiences i have ever had the seller never sent the charger to begin with tried claiming it had been delivered the package said 1 of 1 though once the resolution centre involved they messaged me personally to resolve the issue this took over a week a lot off messing about saved yourself the hassle do not use this seller they do not know what they are doing and they use a distribution warehouse with pickers not a good experience at all but did get some money back

  There was some confusion with our order, and wrong items, along with some correct items were received. Seller was very reasonable, paid for return shipping of wrong items, and sent additional missing item. Very polite and helpful, and we were very happy with the end resulting transaction.

  Great seller!! Communicated right away when item had shipped and was very friendly/professional. Order arrived quickly and packaged well. Hoping these batteries do the trick! This will be one of my dad’s Christmas gifts as his older Porter Cable tools utilize this model battery. Unfortunately Porter Cable no longer sells that lot of tools nor this battery type. Thanks so much for a great transaction!! Hope to be back again!

  Excellent service, very quick delivery, one of the batteries failed so I contacted this seller no questions asked they just sent me a new battery out which only took a couple of days to arrive, I would do business with this seller anytime and recommend them

  Great service (as noted in rating for batteries in same shipment.) Quality Li CHarger - topped off the 2 new batteries in less than 5 mins. Fast delivery of very well packed item and excellent communication throughout from seller. Highly recommend them
