  item arrived carefully packed, unfortunately, it was defective. The USB "C" plug was broken, the unit would not charge. I was informed after i could not get in contact with the seller that the item was not eligible for a refund. I have no way of printing a return shipping label, so i am stuck with a broken product. Buyer beware of this seller, you're product may not work and no refunds!!!

  I have tried to explain to the seller that the power bank didn't come in the box, It literally says that it's separate. The seller tells me it's built in.. I have ask only for the replacement of the power bank, I explained that I wasn't sending the speaker back I just wanted it made right with a new power bank. Seller refused.. I have read the box, the manual and both say and show power bank separately. Very disappointed with the way this person decided to do business.

  Shipping information wasn't available for almost 3 weeks before I contacted the seller to inquire about the speaker as I had not received it by then. Seller got back to me quick and offered a refund but the speaker was intended to be gift so it was an inconvenience regardless. It's unknown what happened to the speaker.

  I did not get the package ordered and waited three weeks and now want my money back
