  Horrible experience, took forever to ship. lied to me and said it shipped and they would put tracking info in later. many days later it shipped from the State of Washington. a few days later they messaged and said sorry but they realized it was defective and they had to recall it. it made its way all the way to Kentucky going to Ohio. it was turned around d and delivered in Florida. hhmm why??? if you want ripped off, lied to, excuses and minimal communication, here is your seller. pathetic!!

  the item was defective and I had to recall it and I gave you a refund, I could send you the defective item but my conscience won't allow it. I do everything to ensure the interests of customers but you don't seem to understand
