  I recently left a review that was negative about this company. I recant . The communication was a bit poor but I did receive my product that was ordered Amazon very quickly. It arrived today and I was very very happy. The communication was poor, but I did communicate that I had an order to fulfill and they did assure me that it was sent out. I was apprehensive because I could not track the item and it didn’t say that it was shipped out, but I appreciate, that my product was delivered promptly

  The initial package got misplaced in shipping and was due today but when I contacted seller he immediately replaced the item and had it shipped ASAP. It arrived just a few minutes ago and the item is perfect. Love dealing with a responsible seller that responds so fast to make things right. TYVM. A+++++++++++++++++

  Although the hedge trimmer was delivered to the wrong person by UPS, the seller worked with me to find a replacement and was unable to but issued a prompt return upon request. Communication was excellent during the whole process. Would definitely do business again.
