  Shipping and packaging were handled with the utmost care. Item was packaged very well, it is a fragile piece and it arrived with no damage.   Ok, so the seller sent the item quickly but then they set in a mail carrier's vehicle for the better part of a week. other than that little hangup they arrived quickly and the seller was quick to respond when I became concerned over the lack of movement once the tracking showed they had been received by USPS. Any way, the item was just as expected and packed well. Would not hesitate to make another purchase from this seller again.

  The item stated new condition. When it arrived, it was dirty and soiled. I contacted the seller, they responded that it was the fault of the post office. I requested a refund but never heard back from the seller. eBay was great, quick response and issued me a refund. Thank You Ebay
