  I bought a outboard motor jack plate which has a right side and left. The seller only sent one side. As the item was useless I asked immediately for a return. The seller claimed to have a 30 day return policy. The seller didn't respond to any of my messages or issue a return for a week. The seller obviously read the messages as he offered a 50% refund. Ebay had to get involved and get my money back.
