  Item arrived with lens and rim completely off of it and I prefer it to arrive whole, as listed and ready to give as a gift; Seller responded quickly and responsibly which is appreciated.   After being let down previously by another seller, I was a bit apprehensive on attempting to buy the same item. However this seller was first class. Same price but informing me of when it left their premises, what to do if it didn't arrive, informing me of everything in fact. I was very impressed. I received it in less than a week. I was given a date and time-slot. Very professional. I will happily buy from this seller again and have, in fact, informed friends of their first class service.

  Item received with thanks. Not used yet but packaging was good and not damaged. There was a problem with delivery but it was the courier at fault not the seller. All in all, good service.

  Seller had exceptional communication. They went out of their way to send me a message giving me the tracking number and said if there's any problem at all with shipping or the product, to contact them and they'll do whatever they can do to make it right. This is rare and I greatly appreciate genuine people who actually do the right thing. Thank you so much seller. That means more to me than the actual product itself lol.
