  Item was as described. There was an issue with shipping, but seller was fast with communication the entire time and made things right. The package should have been sent in a box with padding to protect the expensive electronic. It was instead shipped in a poly bag with no protection. Item box slightly damaged. Overall though, the experience was good. Thanks.

  It took over a month to receive this item and it came from China when I selected U.S. VENDORS ONLY when ordering. They finally granted me a refund, but I never received the refund because they used the wrong exp. date on my card for the refund. Then after that the item arrived wrapped in a plastic bad, smashed and completely inoperable. I would not recommend using this vendor nor would I order from them again.

  Quick shipping and item was new as described. I was surprised to find a lot of Japanese writing on the packaging, but it is a genuine Nintendo pro controller and works just fine with my USA version of the Switch. Very happy. The second one is a gift for someone else, so I haven’t opened the box yet. It is the same packaging. I’m saving this seller in my list for future purchases.

  WHY ME? I will NEVER get my item after the seller CANCELLED my order and stated that the item was damaged or was out of stock -- and then stated that I asked them to cancel my order - which I NEVER did. Something is very WRONG with this DISHONEST seller - who has ABSOLUTELY no business being on eBay - where they can make a variety of excuses for not doing the right thing and not delivering things to buyers. I WASTED my time - why should you. Please look elsewhere for what you want. BAD - BAD.
