  Package was retained in customs and returned and the seller sent a dm offering a replacement and helping with everything on customs side. I can't imagine the hassle but I appreciate the seller's approach even if it was something like a small package, recommended seller

  It was confusing at first because the seller provided two tracking numbers. However, communication was excellent. The package arrived before the estimated date! Packaging was not the best. I know shipping was free but these plates are fragile. I would have appreciated a cardboard box. The plates were padded with foam, so there was no damage. They look beautiful in person! Fitment is okay but the clips are tough to align correctly and they sometimes pop out. Not oem quality, but they're nice! A-

  Seller went above and beyond. There were lots of hiccups in ny order but seller kept on top of every hiccup even tho none of it was their fault they did a terrific job woth communicating and reaching out nakig sure it got delivered will do business eith again and I love the faceplate thank you
