When I notified the seller, he advised me to use the lever by attaching it to a “homemade” hooking mechanism, gave me an incomplete mailing address in VIETNAM, & offered $5 toward a $43 return shipping fee!!! We are talking about MOTORCYCLE BRAKES, not roller skates!!! This seller cares NOTHING about the SAFETY of its customers, ONLY the all-mighty DOLLAR!!!
