  A fantastic seller. WOW what a beautiful personalised card, it is absolutely lovely and so well packaged. Delivery was quick and fast and I mean quick and fast.   I've never had any problems with the seller lolly18, her cards are stunning but I ordered a personalised Birthday card from her 2 weeks ago and nothing arrived, I messaged her twice but got no response so I had to report her to eBay to get a refund, which I have. I really hope lolly18 is ok

  STAY WELL AWAY YOU WON'T GET YOUR ITEM OR ITEMS. No communication no item recieved. I had to open a case through ebay so I could get a refund. Because this person never responed to emails. STAY WELL AWAY YOU WON'T GET YOUR ITEM OR ITEMS. Plus it will take you ages to get your money back.

  Had to ask for eBay to intervene in order to receive a refund. Ordered personalised card 20th January for birthday in February. Estimated delivery was 4 days. Nothing was shown on tracking as being depatched posted other than tracking number supplied. Several attempts at chasing order up however seller never replied which was more upsetting than not receiving card. Now obtained a refund via eBay .
