  I was confused with the shipment tracking. I asked the seller a question and the response was within a day. The seller checked on the shipment and said it would arrive the next day and it did. I am very happy with the service and the backpack order.

  The item came exactly as described and pictured. The seller has excellent communication and was very nice about my questions. However the delivery was pretty delayed and was shipped in a little bit of an unconventional way. Overall it was good service for an even better price.

  Seller never sent the product that they said was shipped. Instead, they sent a small envelope using the same tracking number. All this time, I kept getting tracking updates saying my item was in transit. Then they contact me and said that the item was lost in transit. Meanwhile, something was still arriving. I finally receive the item originally sent and it was a coupon saying that they never had the item to begin with. They should have just cancelled the order immediately instead.

  shipping took a while but it did arrive within the window they stated. seller was very helpful answered every question i asked. all around the product looks good. have not used yet.

  I got my order in the mail. The card I received at first was the sellers attempt to make good on my package being late. Did not know it was real doto every time you turn around someone is scamming someone. Thank you seller for understanding and making it right.
