  Lulu was extremely professional and quick to respond to questions. I actually ordered the wrong item unknowingly l and Lulu was so knowledgeable that once hearing the model of my bed frame, they knew what I was looking for was actually a different item that luckily they also had available for purchase. Without me having to resubmit a bid they swapped out the order and had it shipped out promptly. Shipping was delayed 4 days due to FedEx fumbling the ball, at no fault to Lulu. 10/10 stars=Lulu❤️

  GREAT SELLER! My item was lost in transit but thankfully found. The seller went out of her way to try and help me with USPS and eBay.   Perfect fit! Thank you so much for having the measurements. My bed is so much better with the retaining bar. Shipping was good and it arrived in perfect condition. If you’re used to two day shipping you’ll need to be realistic, this is eBay and real people. Packaged better than most delicate items I receive via shipping. Absolutely would recommend.
