  New, as described. good quick ship and pack. eBay warned me about this item possibly not having tags, safety issues, etc etc. I think the only thing wrong was that it was not properly tagged etc. seems to be a good sturdy seat belt extender, delivered from Walmart, which is where I was going to buy one if I didn't get this one anyway. I saved buying this one, so I'm happy. they were a little hard to understand but responded to my questions. I waited to give feedback till I checked it out further

  My shipment was lost in the mail. The seller offered to send me another one or refund my money. I chose a refund. The seller stayed in contact with me and I would do business with them again. Recommend seller and a pleasure to work with.

  The seller had been a bad experience I ordered two of these and receive one. I was told by the seller that he sent two packages He should have sent both of them in one package. When I message the seller I did a lot of BS this seller owes me money. I will never buy anything from this seller again.
