The picture UPS provided was a fake blurry picture unlike how they usually send pictures and it was not our home. Seller will not do anything about it. We contacted UPS and they said the tracking number correlates with Amazon so we believe the seller of this printer is a scammer. Be careful, now we need issue a dispute with our bank due to the seller not able to help either.
