  I highly recommend this seller. Five stars * * * * *. When I opened the package I was missing an item. I contacted the seller and the other item was quickly send to me.   My second Ember cup because I loved my first one! Seller countered a question with a price reduction. Felt the price was reasonable & a good buy for a new product. Although listing said 10 oz cup it was 14 oz as shown by posted picture (14 preferred). Very happy with purchase, quick shipping. Highly recommend this seller.

  Product as described. Brand name. Much less expensive than other sites. The Package was a little squished, but the product was unharmed. Fast delivery!

  Great communication. The Seller responded to questions within minutes. The price was good and the item was shipped quickly. The item arrived unopened and new. Overall the transaction went very well and I’m very happy with the item I received. It did arrive a day late, but that was at no fault of the seller.
