  Seller shipped item in a timely manner. Unfortunately tracking showed item stuck in transit. Seller quicky responded to my concern that package had not arrived, and offered a refund. I accepted and a refund was issued in short order. Although I did not receive the item, all in all, the experience with the seller was positive.

  The replacement head I ordered for my shaver arrived. It looked exactly like the one I was replacing but for some reason it wouldn't stay in or on my shaver. it just kept falling out so I contacted the company and told them about the problem with the shaver heads. He said he was going to look into it and gave me a full refund. Any company that does the right thing like that is ok in my book.

  My product was slow in getting here, very frustrating, however it was sent USPS and was sent to Salem OR, I live 2.5. Hrs from there. It was then sent to Portland about 30 miles away. It was then sent to Florida………? I was frustrated and wanted my money back and to cancel. The seller said he would cancel but please pay if I received it. I waited a couple more days and did receive the package. It was very frustrating, the delay was caused by USPS sending it all over the place.
