The container was shipped in an envelope with shredded paper as insulation, but a box would've probably been better. The lid was taped to keep it secure; maybe taping the corners would help keep them from cracking? Other than that, the product arrived and I can keep my Central Boiler running efficiently. I poured the contents into my old container.
