  It was new in the box, as described, straight from Home Depot. The only thing I’d ask from the seller to let me know that it had been shipped. I had no idea that it was coming until it showed up. They did send a long drawn out message about how important positive feedback was to their store though.

  This item was just as it appeared in the ad. The quality was excellent. The condition was fantastic. I definitely have gotten my moneys worth so the value is excellent last, but not least it was nicely packaged and the appearance of my new tool is if it had just came from the factory yesterday, brand new conditioning. My package arrived within 24 hours. I would call that unbeatable service.

  No tracking but an honest seller. They source items and it was shipped directly from Home Depot to my door (which is why there was no tracking) until I got a text from Home Depot on the delivery. Item is factory new and perfect in the box. Definitely recommend.

  Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve had on EBay. Didn’t ship on time and then when I asked, the seller said there was a problem with the shipper and then sent me a tracking number that wasn’t my item and wasn’t a picture of my front porch. They did however cancel my order and partially refund my money, not a complete refund due to some eBay system fee as they described it. In short, this seller is at best dishonest if not an absolute liar. Run!
