  This was a very strange situation. The item was advertised as shipping free, and the seller did pay shipping. However, the item arrived at my post office with postage due—a whopping amount almost double the cost of the item. I refused to accept and the seller refunded my purchase. I’d like to know what actually the deal was with this situation.

  Received the Corsair ML120 Blue LED 120mm cooling fan in good condition. The shipment itself (see picture), well, had some major issues as you can see. Reason that I am still giving the Seller 5 stars, is that the fan itself was undamaged. The fan was double bagged, indicating that the original package was compromised.

  I purchased this item by mistake -- seller missed the inital cancellation window but very quickly refunded me and was able to cancel shipping on their end. Thank you very much for resolving this so quickly.

  This seller deserves their sub 75% low rating. Long delay before shipping. Seller used deceptive tactics like uploading tracking days before item was actually shipped. I don't believe the seller actually had the item in stock when they sold it to me - see their other feedback where they cancel orders after long delays. Avoid, avoid, avoid!

  Buyer beware!!! Highly recommend reconsidering purchase of anything from this seller! Purchasing elsewhere is your best bet! Pay the extra for a different product for the sake to save you the time an effort of getting ignored by the seller an having to wait for the refund an the two cases you'll have to open an wait for a response from seller that never comes. First case open 4 business day wait. Second case same wait. Finally refunded its a 3-5 business day wait. Trust me save yourself!!
