  This Kevin Millar autographed card was as described and well protected in shipping envelope. Since sent via USPS First Class Mail, it was untraceable when it did not arrive when expected. After 2 weeks late (almost 3 weeks from mailing date), seller kindly gave refund without hassle even though not their fault. Item was finally delivered the next day but seller declined to accept the full payment I offered to make. Very classy and obviously focused on customer care. Recommended seller. A+.
