  I ordered a pair of shoes that were listed as barely used and when I opened the package, one of the souls was barely attached to the shoe. I reached out and let the seller know and she said I could figure it out with the shipping company if I wanted to.

  I sent back purchase price of shoes. She paid for shipping. They are insured by post office. She has to file a complaint. Pictures were sent of shoes in great shape. Clean and bottom of shoes show no wear. Must have been crushed during shipping. Or she can take to shoe repair.
