  This vendor has to be one of the best. I ordered similar items within a short time of each other and they listed as separate shipments. I contacted the seller to ask about his combined shipment fee structure. He contacted me almost immediately to let me know that he would indeed combine the shipping costs and promptly refunded the second shipping fee. He was very gracious.
