  As stated in many other reviews, seller sent crushable box in nothing more than a bubble envelope. My item was smashed. The contents were not damaged but the boxes are almost as important to me as the kit. The seller has no regard for safe shipping or standard shipping practices, anyone by now should know USPS & other shippers ship things together, regardless of weight. Seller gave response to my complaint to just return, but not going to bother wasting time & I will not buy from them again.

  Hello!! Sorry about that... I just got done leaving two negative feedbacks for a seller who obviously has some kind of problem(s) with how he ships items, & then acts rude when people complain... I can count very few times in 23 years here on ebay when I've left negatives.. the customer is always right, & I certainly was in this case.   The seller communicated with me from purchase to delivery, the movie arrived on time, undamaged and packaged securely. The DVD had numerous scratches and in my opinion, it was not in like new condition but the seller issued me an immediate refund and apologized for the oversight, I was not displeased because mistakes happen also I would purchase from this seller again without hesitation, thank you King Pepi Media for great customer service in addition to being a good seller.

  My product arrived on time earlier today and was well packaged along with being in protective wrappings to help in preventing any possible shipping damages. I love that the DVD was sealed and came exactly as the vendor described - in new condition! I also love the reasonable price I paid plus the communication skills of the vendor! I'm looking forward in watching the movie later, and the vendor has earned high praises from me along with my recommendation to others!

  Item is exactly as described, mint condition/brand new, works flawlessly, and was a very low price. It was packaged so securely that I nearly needed scissors to cut it open. Shipping and receiving was a tad slow, but this was due to the Holidays.
