  In purchasing a part for my Aprilia RSV4 my party was very diligent in processing my order and provided an estimate for delivery. Unfortunately the package was not received and I made an inquiry with my party who diligently investigated the problem & reported back to me. Unfortunately USPS misplaced the package that could not be retrieved. My party effected an immediate refund to my account and was very apologetic. Mymypartmy attempted to remedy the situation.

  Windshield came as advertised. It's so inexpensive because they wrap it in a Styrofoam sheet and since bubble wrap. No box. But it arrived unscathed so that was a win. Fit was right on

  They responded fairly quickly to my inquiries. No tracking was provided, and it took 7 days for my item to arrive. Supposedly they are out of Florida( I live in Florida too) and it still took a week. Those are my only gripes.
