The seller contacted UPS, and 2 days after I'd been told it was arrived, it actually did. I'm very grateful that this seller cared enough to go the extra miles to make sure I got my package. If you need an inflatable foot rest to help with swelling, this is incredible, it's the 2nd one I've had. This seller is top notch as well.
