  I was sent the wrong size shoes to start with. Communication with seller was excellent and I received the correct size within a few days. Great seller would recommend.

  Seller sent wrong sized shoes. When messaged, they offered I keep the shoes and refund £5, which seems a bit cheeky, as obviously the wrong size shoes were useless to me. Further messages from me, stating I wish to return and full refund, had no response at all. I returned shoes and recieved refund, but not for full amount, (reduced by £3.16) even though seller had free postage. Not impressed. Won't buy from this seller again. Very rarely do I give a negative review. This got one.
