  The item I ordered showed that it was delivered. There was nothing at my door. Tracking proved that someone signed for the item. But it wasn’t me. I contacted the shipping agent they said contact the shipper and so I did. The seller was very sorry to hear that the item either was shipped to the wrong address or someone may have removed it from my porch. Either way the seller said they would take care of me and have another shipped out right away. Two days later I received the item & I’m so happy

  Great seller and great customer support when lost package it was delivered but they said the mail came three days earlier than normal so I thought it was sent to the wrong person there are the same address here with different zip codes but it is a really good working heater that has a strong fan too

  PLEASE READ THIS. Item never was delivered, do not trust seller, i had a fan delivered,did not work, clicked on buy again sent me the wrong fan, it worked seller never got back to me one time. Bad seller. Ebay will not let me leave a neg. Respondents.
