  Never recieved that product BUT, that's not a negative in this situation. How the seller handled business still earns a positive review and 5 stars. Something jumped out at the seller, and it was quickly determined that there was an issue with the KVM. Notification sent, refund issued, applogy sent. Total turn around time on the transaction was less than 8 hours after I hit buy. THAT is customer service.
