  The item arrived non-functional. The Seller had clearly packaged it very carefully, and when I reported the issue the Seller was very helpful and polite. A refund was issued without any dramas. Whilst I was disappointed that the item did not work, it was clearly a manufacturer problem, not the Seller's fault.
