Seller said he was in the hospital so, I said to cancel the order. He replied back he would ship later. On 11/25 I asked yet again to cancel and said I no longer needed item and would reject it on delivery. He said he would ship on 11/28. He may not understand written language but AMEX will when I fight this bozo's charge.
