  The radio showed up damaged from shipping. The packaging was reasonable and I reached out to the seller. I was told I could return it and get a refund. The return shipping was free for me and I received a full refund. These things happen and this was a reasonable, appropriate response in my opinion. If I found something else from this seller I would happily purchase it with confidence.

  The radio didn’t work when I received it but I was able to use the faceplate from it to fix the buttons on my radio and that is all I care about. This seller does respond and offered a full refund if I sent it back so great seller. I believe the seller had a working radio but somewhere in shipping maybe got bounced around and stopped working.
