I contacted the seller and told them I was willing to keep the box as is but felt like a partial refund was appropriate. They responded in a timely way and offered a very nice refund which I accepted and they promptly processed the refund back into my account that day. I was very impressed with the product and the customer service.

Communication was only when ebay was involved so I let them continue with refund and purchased same box with another vendor and had no problems . If seller would have just communicated he could have kept the sale
