  Came looking brand new like shown in the picture. The Batteries were a little loose in the box and had busted the box open during shipment. So a filler in the box may be a good Idea but it made it to me without damage. The UPS guy who delivered it had me check that all the contents were there on delivery. Had the Item in charger and batteries in my hand within a week and everything is working. Thanks.

  Nice item, good price but not sure if this was Brand New like was advertised. Original Milwaukee packaging inside the box it came in, had a Label on it with the name and address of another person.. Keeping it anyway as too much trouble to ship back and everything was there inside the carry case.
