  No product, no refund = untrustworthy seller. 3 months after order item still not arrived, no tracking info except “item despatched” and 2 weeks after requesting it still refund, just “wait 48 hours” then no further contact at all from seller and so far no help from eBay either. So much hassle for the sake of £4, surely easier to just do the right thing and refund me. I’ll obviously never use this seller again, so disappointed I trusted a seller who doesn’t care and won’t help.

  !!!!STAY AWAY!!!! I ordered 3x glow plugs took over a week longer than expected delivery time and when finally arrived there’s only one in the package, tried to contact seller but been ignored ! And clearly says on packaging 1 x glow plug when I paid for 3! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!

  Never posted item, despite 3 months of messages, excuses like "it was lost in the post" "out of stock" etc., nothing arrived. Kept promising a refund, but never did. Eventually ignored my messages, so had to get eBay to step in.

  I was concerned this product would not be very good as it was significantly cheaper than others advertised online. However, it arrived within the dispatch time and does exactly what it needs to do. The seller was quick to respond to my queries. Would buy from them again.

  Paid for this item 2 months ago and still have not received it or a refund, seller said they could refund item but I asked for item to resent, still nothing, I then asked for a refund, still nothing, don’t buy anything from this seller, very bad ebayer.

  Item never arrived....seller has ignored my emails....eBay now involved....do not buy from this seller.....they are a scam
