  I ordered a larger item and was concerned when I received an email that my item was delivered but the photo was of a letter-sized package delivered to a porch that was not MY porch. The seller responded very quickly to my message, stated my order had been damaged during shipping and I would be issued a full refund. I appreciated the prompt, polite communication and quick refund, but find the delivery photo vs item ordered strange. I would be leery ordering again.

  I have little problem with delivery. I contct seller and have answer 2 hours later. Super communication and fix problem . Is super service. We need seller like this, I recommended.
