The merchandise was packed and padded well enough to prevent damage during shipping so it arrived intact and unbroken. The merchandise matched the pictures and description in the listing. I would not hesitate to do business with this seller again.

Seller didn窶冲 want to send the correct item, I was told they didn窶冲 have it. Seller wanted me to pay to ship the wrong one back. They refunded a whole whopping $7 of my purchase for an item that was wrong. I believe this seller had false advertising and misleading items. Wouldn窶冲 buy from or recommend this seller. You can see for yourself the box it came was not labeled correctly. Yet somehow it窶冱 the buyers problem.

Item arrived TODAY! Today is my son's birthday, I had told him that his present was going to get here about a week after his birthday. He and I are thrilled beyond measure that he got to open his present on his birthday. Seller used Amazon fulfilment to ship and not only did it get here on a Sunday but even on Easter. Highly recommend this seller. Was very prompt and communicated with me exactly what to expect.

Item received promptly in good order as described. Did discover after the fact that this was an arbitrage listing. Item was shipped to me not from the seller but directly from Amazon with a gift receipt. Tracking number was from "Bluecare Express" which is a drop shipment tracker, not a physical delivery service. Product was fine, however, and only cost me a few dollars more than if I had been a savvy shopper and and found it at the lower price and ordered it from Amazon directly. Caveat emptor!
