  First package wrong and never received, had to contact and I had pictures to prove not my address, Contacted Ebay and Seller sent the item in a good shipping time. I received the Item I had ordered. New and in good packaging. Bowl and stand matches the first one I had bought from seller. Good buy.

  Unfortunately the package got lost in the mail. The vendor was very helpful and refunded the money right away. I would deal with this vendor again.

  Dnt know if fedex or the shipper got my address wrong but my package didn't show up an said delivered. After contacting the shipper he waisted no time sending out another package overnight to me .I'm happy with my purchase

  Doing business with this seller was positive. They really went to work on tracking down what happened with the missed delivered package in a timely manner. Although I didn’t receive product they graciously gave a refund. This seller is responsible and recommended.
