  I placed this order in error. I notified the seller that I was cancelling it, but he said it was too late; the shipment was already processed. But he told me not to worry. All I had to do was refuse the delivery and he would issue a refund. When delivery was attempted (which was much earlier than originally stated), I refused it, provided my signature and emailed the seller. He refunded immediately. I would do business with this seller anytime. I'm sorry this transaction didn't work out.

  Wow I didn t leave feedback? What the heck, this seller is awesome, most other sellers I ve ordered from had issues with disc errors, but not this seller. Disc was authentic, excellent packaging and taken care of well. My computer is fixed thanks to you, and seller had fabulous communication. Asked all questions and was honest truthful GBY A++++

  Seller was responsive, and the product was delivered quickly. FedEx smashed the box but all appears to be in good working order. I would recommend this seller.

  This company is horrible. They are uncaring,liars?? They will cancel your order 5 days after placing it and paying, Other orders i got arrived in bad packaged boxes with items destroyed!! " like a little kid packed it!" Email them and they get back to you 3 days later and blame it on shipper but its not shipper "You Just Cant Pack Items Like Them!!!" Then you lose $100s of dollars and have to file a claim with post office and wait weeks. Meanwhile your moneys tied up No! Bad! Suc
