  The provider shipped the backpack the day after I ordered it. The shipper kept the item in their warehouse (20 miles away from where I live) for over 3 weeks. This was completely out of the seller's control. During that time the seller kept me informed about the delivery date and promptly refunded my money when I asked. I would not hesitate to use this seller again.

  The tripod was exactly as described. Really like all the little adjustments that can be made with it. The foam handgrips are helpful. Carrying bag also helpful to protect it when traveling with it. Plastic makes it very lightweight.
