I could tell that every effort was made to completely protect the radio during the shipping process. I'll be actually testing out and programming the radio this weekend, but I'm sure the radio will be just as good as the packaging effort of the seller. I will definitely do business with this guy again in the future if he happens to have other NXDN equipment I might need.
