Distorts your guitar signal when turned off -- worthless
Tuner part works great, but when you connect the output jack to an amplifier it distorts the signal as the tuner is in bypass mode. Not true bypass. Not transparent. Don't use on your pedalboard. I thought it was a bad cable, but once I removed this pedal from my board, I was able to get a clean sound again. The tuner part works great, but you can't use it in-line.

Brittle bolts break really easy -- low quality metal, good for light duty applications only.

I liked the kit until I secured my first bolt. It snapped before it was fully tight. These are really low quality metal. Don't trust them for anything but extremely light duty applications. Was going to use one to secure a bicycle basket, but decided not to because it would break.

not quite the tape deck of yesteryear, but close...

Works ok. I don't like the tinted windows into the cassette chambers -- too dark, can't see how much tape is left. The playback deck doesn't run the tape counter, only the record deck does. There's no headphone jacks. Lots of line noise when you're forwarding and rewinding. Doesn't have auto-reverse. The f-forward, rewind and play buttons all will pop-up again when the end of the tape is reached. I just got this to digitize a bunch of cassette recordings I have. Probably won't ever record anything on it. Works great for that.
