Due to no fault of the seller, mail carrier put in wrong box. Told seller I have had this problem with the USPS before and would not hold them to a refund. Seller assured me that package was insured and not to worry. Luckily neighbor left package at my door. The reel is in WAY better condition than I thought as well as being packaged well. Definitely recommend seller!
