Tool was priced fairly, and shipped promptly, tool was packaged well, box and tool arrived undamaged/full functional, battery charges, and it works very well. Unfortunately; no shipping or processing available on Saturdays apparently, but it arrived close to noon Monday.(something to consider If you don't order Monday, or Tuesday.)

I ordered my item and then realized I wasn't going to home to receive the item. He communicated with me and assured me I would receive my item. And quickly responded to me within hours of my order and we discussed my issue and he came up with a solution to help me get my package even with me having to make arrangements. Thank you somuch I felt down at first but u allowed.

Bosch tools are always great!
Works great. Bosch tools are always great! These are intended for hard-to-reach locations. Perfect for that job. I just purchased another set for my son.
