It is still listed but says “out of stock”. I never received tracking/shipping info on the item. I have reached out to seller multiple times and got no response whatsoever. I contacted eBay to cancel the order. eBay refused to cancel. At this point I just want my money back. I would NOT buy anything from this seller!!

It took me a few days to get the time to install it, and my old chime broke when I opened it, but that doesn't change how nice this item is. While I could have gone with the basic or plus I chose to go with the Pro version because this seller offered it at a significant savings and in new condition. When it arrived it was obviously in new condition and there were no marks on the package. Will order from this seller again.

Went through ebay and had them reach out to the seller, they didnt hear back from the seller either and issued a refund. I would not purchase from this seller.

Would not purchase from this seller again until communication has re-established. Very poor experience. eBay so far has not been helpful either, allowing me to cancel this order since it is clear the order is not going to be fulfilled. Would simply like to cut ties and have my order refunded. Please help, @eBay.

This seller should rename himself Ghostwriter, as he does NOT respond to emails either! Litigation via EBay forthcoming.
