Outstanding and Worth Every Dime

This is a really good book jam packed with great ideas for anyone in the on-line retail business at any level. The chapters for the most part are short, some as small as 2 pages but the information within those pages is outstanding. I would recommend this book to anyone with an on-line store or anyone who plans to open one.
